5 out of 5 starsThis is the second Sassy Planner I have bought and it's the only planner that I actually use and stick to! The planner is absolutely beautiful and high-quality. The pages are thick enough that I haven't had any pens/highlighters bleeding through onto the next page. It also arrived much quicker than I expected so thank you!!

Frequently asked questions
How soon do you dispatch after purchase?
Between 1-3 working days* depending on how many orders are in! This shop is my ultimate priority and I do everything I can to get your planner out to you. *the exception to this is during really busy periods and any extended shipping times will be listed on each item if needed
Processing/design time
Please allow me 2-3 business days to design, make and post your item, I will notify you if for any reason it will take longer. It might take around 2 weeks to ship within EU and 3 weeks or more for other countries. Items will be shipped in an envelope or cardboard tube... The address you provide on your order (unless changed by you prior to shipping) is the address where your package will be delivered. Please be patient, sometimes delivery can take more time, due to the weather/holidays/customs. If you do not receive your item in 3 weeks, please, before leaving a review contact me for a solution a.mccormack@yahoo.com :-)
Custom and personalised orders
If you want to provide your own cover art or photo that is fine! Just choose any cover in my shop, be sure to add personalisation, even if you don’t want your name adding and add a note at checkout to me that you will email me the image you would like to use :) my email is starcreationsco@yahoo.com

Are these made by you?
Yes! All the planners you see here are designed from scratch and made by myself in Chester, they all start off a single blank piece of paper :) my paper is supplied (in huge amounts!) by a local British paper mill and all my planners are eco friendly! Even the spiral and covers that look like they are a plastic frosted material are actually biodegradable acetate.
